Nov. 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 2024 - “Sacred Geometry: The Harmonics of Space” - 12-hour online course, via Zoom - Tues. & Thurs. from 6-8 PM; Sat. 10 AM - 1 PM PDT

In the ancient mystery schools, the study of the harmonics or proportions of Nature, the human body, architecture and music were considered to be a single subject. The intention of this course is to bring awareness of the proportions of spaces and natural forms to those studying the harmonics of sound, so you can see the harmonics you hear, and to explore how the knowledge of the symbolic meaning of geometrical shapes can support the art of healing with sound.

Geometry is the ultimate basis of harmony; it guides the growth of the human skeleton and all material forms. This course will:

• Introduce students to a hidden world of ancient mystery school teachings that use geometry, not as a form of mathematics, but as a multi-sensory way to explore philosophy, cosmology, physics, human consciousness, and ultimately to discover the universal truths or principles behind the material world.

• Familiarize those who are studying the harmonics of sound with the parallel subject of the harmonic ratios found in two- and three-dimensional forms and spaces, knowing that it can give a deeper understanding of harmony.

• Develop your ability to interpret the symbolic meaning of geometrical shapes, patterns, ratios, and numbers, and begin to gain insights on how to use sacred art images to augment sound healing treatments.

• Expand your understanding of the Golden Ratio, beyond its existence as the predominant proportion of plant and animal forms and the world’s greatest architectural masterpieces, into the realm of philosophy and human consciousness.

American School of Geomancy Online Class Series

I’m preparing online classes on a number of subjects, starting with sacred geometry and my favorite meditations and energy channeling techniques that I find most helpful in staying centered, focused, energized and positive in attitude during these challenging chaotic times. The geometry classes will include drawing with compass and straight edge and other experiential exercises.

Most of these will be pre-recorded classes, especially for the symbolic geometry classes, because that will allow participants to pause whenever necessary to give yourself time to replicate the compass drawings that I’ll be showing you onscreen.
